BOOKING POLICY



At KNEADA Massage, I'm committed to providing my customers with a professional and efficient service. My booking policy applies to all bookings made with KNEADA, and by making a booking, you agree to accept my policy, which is also available on my website and in the booking form.



CANCELLATION



To maintain efficient operations and prevent financial loss, it is necessary to apply cancellation policies for no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. .Please note the following guidelines:

  • Missed appointments and bookings not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged at 100 percent of the cost.
  • To cancel your appointment, please send an email to booking@kneada-massage.com, via SMS with your full details, or via my booking page.
  • Please note that contact information is available on my website under the “Contact” tab and at the foot of each page.
  • By making a booking, you agree to my booking policy.
  • It is each customer’s responsibility to review the information and conditions.
  • My email communication confirming your booking will provide information on how cancellations and changes can be made and when they can be carried out.


CHARGES FOR NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS



When appointments are missed, I lose revenue. When you, as a customer, book a treatment, you enter into a binding contract, where you (the client) commit to being present at the agreed time. I (the therapist) commit to reserving the time and booking for you, without selling it to someone else. If the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours before your reservation, I cannot sell the time or booking to another client.



HOW AM I CHARGED FOR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND TIMES?



I will send an invoice via email or mail with payment instructions. For payments not received within the allotted time, additional charges for debt collection efforts will incur to recover your debt, including actions through Kronofogden or through collection partners.



MY RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR TREATMENT



As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information about yourself, including first and last name, phone number, address, email address, and other relevant information I require to offer you the treatment you wish to book.

I reserve the right to cancel the booked time or block you from our booking system at any time if you provide incorrect, incomplete, non-serious, or misleading information, or if you misuse our booking function by creating multiple bookings for the same time period.

In cases of forgery and abuse, I will take appropriate action.



LATE ARRIVAL



I recommend that you always arrive on time for the treatment you have booked.

If you arrive late, the treatment time will be shortened and will end at the time the treatment would have ended according to the original booking time.
